What We Do

Three ways to work with us

We focus on proven single-engine turbine platforms — Airbus AS350 / H125 series, EC120 and H130 — where our group operates, trains and maintains every day.

01

Dry Operating Lease

We acquire the aircraft and place it with your operation on a dry operating lease — typically 36 months, hourly rate with a minimum-hours guarantee, and clearly defined maintenance responsibilities.

02

Sale & Leaseback

Release capital from your fleet without losing lift. We purchase your aircraft at a fair, records-based valuation and lease it straight back to you on transparent terms.

03

Aircraft Acquisition

We are an active, funded buyer of mid-life AS350 / H125, EC120B and H130 aircraft with complete records. Brokers and owners — bring us your aircraft.

Why Space Aviation

A lessor that thinks like an operator

Most lessors read spreadsheets. We read journey logs. Our group flies, trains and manages helicopters across Japan — and we apply the same engineering discipline to every asset we lease.
